no at my school, we get no religious or any kind of holiday off other then Thanksgiving and Labor day. We used to not even get Labor day off, and only did after my 2nd year here. Actually, they don't even consider Xmas as the holiday, it's jsut winter break.

Schools in Jersey are weird. My 8 year old cousin gets more homework and projects then I ever did in grades 1-12...
