never seen it, but i'm downloading now...so if i have xp, it's basically all updates including sp1 since xp was released?

edit: i think i answered my own question here as it says sp1 or sp1a is required...

I'd be weary about downloading OS patches from a source I don't know extremely well and trust.

Agreed, what's wrong with the built in Windows XP client? If you dont like it just wait for the SP2 one, it's quite a bit better than the old one.

Well ... the updates work...

Also ... the only reason i find this useful, is because i dont have to download the updates everytime i format!

I would not advise people to download these because of 2 things. One, some patches are taken down as they are malicious or cause errors and secondly, some patches are made to be installed and then the system rebooted. This is why you cannot choose all downloads in the windows updater.

Try to to make a Slipstream cd with SP1a Get it here! I've used this and it works really well. You have to have your Win XP CD and follow the instructions.
