All uninstall failed.

My Vista 64 suddenly won't be able to uninstall any program at all.

Any idea how I can fix it?

 
No error messages. All stuck at initial removing dialog box and won't go further.
Can't click Next, can't click Cancel.

Reboot several times and no use.

All I can do is use task manager to kill the stuck uninstalling dialog box.
