OP, what dispute are you trying to settle?

In this day and age, people would do "the special thing" with the opposite hand they use the mouse.

You would probably have had to ask this question 15 years ago to get any reliable data.

The only things I do right-handed are playing guitar and using the mouse.

Everything else is done lefty. I wear my watch on my right wrist also.

Edit: I may kick with my right leg also, but I'm not sure since I don't kick very often...

A left hander here, however, I use my mouse using my right hand, but sometimes i switch to my left hand when I'm in my 'lazy' browsing position.

I kick using my right leg too

The only thing I don't do left-handed is play hockey. Considering how bad I am at hockey I should probably switch over.

I'm a lefty and only thing that I primarily use my right hand for is using a mouse. I even eat chips using my left hand which makes it a pain if I'm trying to write at the same time, even though it would make sense to write with one hand and eat with the other, but it just doesn't feel natural

Any other lefties have a problem using scissors? Maybe I'm just retarded, but it's always a mission to cut things with the scissors in my left hand.

Lefty for everything but the mouse. I had a psych professor who liked to say things to keep the class awake, one of them was that research shows you tend to do the deed with your dominant hand.

I play guitar righty, but am convinced it would have gone better if I had started lefty. I'm strongly lefthanded. In my book, true lefthanders write, throw, eat, and brush with their left hand -- basically any tool that is freely interchangeable from hand to hand ends up in the left.

Probably because you aren't using left handed scissors?
I can't operate scissors unless they are left handed scissors. Otherwise the blades don't seem to work right and I resort to cutting by using scissors like a knife.

Shooting is only comfortable for me with my right hand, but I'm left-handed and left-eyed. Let's just say, I'm not a great shot (of course, I've only been shooting a few times, so that could be part of it).
