You take that back!

Though, I wasn't around in the 80s to hear it on the radio. But I really do like that song. 🙂

<--- Huge Beastie Boys fan

Linkin Park - One Step Closer (i dunno if tahts the name of the song)

dont get me wrong, i like the band, but i HATED that song, and they played it WAY too much.

Most songs are overplayed nowadays, starts by overplaying them pre-release so that it gets boring before they are officially 'released'.

Wow and no one has mentioned the #1 song....

Who Let the Dogs out.

Played at every freaking football/basketball/baseball game like 30 times. Not to mention TV, radio, kids, neighbors....and on and on

Offspring - Anything (F*CK, they suck!!)
Beastie Boys - Fight for Your Right (I love the Beasties, but Licensed to Ill was crap)

Linkin Park - In the End

it was my favorite song on that cd until i heard literally every time i ever was near a radio

Just reading this thread was nasty to my poor music-retentitive brain.

A couple more for us old folks: the singing-nun song Domineekee-neekee-neekee (heard that on the radio not long ago and it still had 100% ickypoo factor)

and the theme from Chariots of Fire.
