I have a trade offer for the following:

I give:
Larry Johnson
Santana Moss
Vernon Davis

I get:
Tony Scheffler (#1 TE right now)
Julius Jones
David Patten (scrub to fill the Moss void)

I'm sitting on the following WR's
Greg Jennings
Calvin Johnson
Anquan Boldin
Kevin Walter (bench)

I've got these RB's
Brandon Jacobs
Earnest Graham
Micheal Bush (waiver grab)
Kevin Smith (Detroit)

I could seriously use the help at TE and as it stands, Jones is a better drop in than LJ who is just dead weight. Moss hasn't gotten me anything since he's been riding the bench to the other three. Should I trade high on Moss and hope that LJ does nothing the rest of the year?

Starters
Tony Romo DAL QB

Michael Turner ATL RB
Tory Holt STL WR
Hines Ward PIT WR
DeSean Jackson PHI WR
Jeremy Shockey NO TE
Gostkowski NE K
TEN Def

Bench
Aaron Rodgers GB QB
Jay Cutler Den QB
McGahee Bal RB
Chris Johnson Ten RB
Sproles SD RB
Marques Colston NO WR
Bowe KC WR

I'd like to trade one of the bench QB's for a good WR but there isn't much interest in an 8 team league.

Yeah, your receivers are definitely a little weak. You wasted to much for those QB's. Definitely should have only got 2, maybe even 1 with a mediocre backup for the bye week.

I picked up Sproles from FAs. The more news I hear the more I am thinking of going with him over LT.

I also have Chris Johnson on my bench, should I play him over MT?

Chris Johnson had a good week #1 and week #2, and should have another solid game in week #3. KC defense blows though, so Turner could have another huge day.

Actually picked up Cutler as FA (as well as most of my bench players) and Rodgers was my 15th pick out of 16. Drafted Nate Burleson but that didn't work out too well. Picked up Colston ahead of steve smith betting that after 2 solid seasons he might come on stong this year.

By the fourth round the pickings were slim at WR. First four picks were LT, Romo, Colston, Turner. Looking back R Bush didn't go till round 9 so I could have gotten a top WR instead of Turner and gone with Bush later on. Oh well, at least I'm 2-0 so far. Not expecting much this weekend though.

Personally Moss was an all or nothing type of scorer the two seasons I had him so you may be better off accepting a scrub WR to play your bye weeks. It sounds like LJ won't be the star RB in KC and will share carries so i think Jones is the better option.

Who is your current TE? Just remember half of Scheffler's yards came from 1 catch in week one.

Anthony Fasano (waiver grab after a great week 1) is my other TE. Both V. Davis and Fasano did nothing in week 2. My real hesitation is LJ actually busting out the second half of the season like he has the last two years and actually producing.

Plus the guy I'm trading with is currently #2 in the league even with his best players hurt or out (LT & Steve Smith). I really want to be a little protective too and not hurt my own chances of winning.

I hate trades :)

Rivers vs Jets or Warner vs Washington
rivers

thanks - bump for WR question.
Gonzalez, Anthony (IND) vs JAC or White, Roddy (ATL) vs KC

Through two games Jac is giving up 191 passing yards/game while KC is at 133. Assuming Harrison continues not be an integral part of the passing game I think Gonzalez would be the better pick.

I'd dump LJ if you can get somebody you like for him. Honestly, out of the 6 players involved in that trade, I only like Scheffler. I wouldn't give up on Fasano yet though, even though he had like no points week 2.

That KC number is misleading since KC played Matt Cassel after the Brady injury and Jamarcus Russell. With that said, yeah i'd start Gonzalez as well.

Tough - they all have great matchups.

I would say Frank Gore and Lynch. I think Buffalo will take a lead and then try to close out the game by running.

Younger Manning or Delhmome?

Delhomme had a 300 yd game against this team before....and het gets his fav WR back.

Manning is going against an umpressive defense (not as unimpressive as STL though).

I'd start Jones for sure.

The GMen are going to run the ever loving crap out of the ball. Unless somebody lights a fire under Carson Palmer's ass and they start throwing downfield and actually using their receiving corp, NY will keep the ball on the ground and control the game.

I wouldn't play Eli. (and I have him)

WR/Flex decision now:

I plan on starting Norwood against KC in my flex spot (have Lynch and McFadden in my RBs) but that means bumping Patten to the bench. I'm also considering benching Roddy White (thinking Atlanta will just run the ball down KCs throats and Matt Ryan didnt look good at all against TB last week) in favor of Patten. Thoughts?

My WR/RBs:

WR S Holmes
WR R White
RB M Lynch
RB D McFadden
W/R J Norwood

D Patten
M Bush

I have a 12 point lead with no players to play.

My opponent has one player playing tonight Darren Sproles.

Thoughts on my chances....
