The Magnaserver is empty, untill I find a cheap Nightshade board. Everything else is running hot.

Rack Wall Top From left to right... 600 Duron @ 800 - 1.0 @ 1.3duron - 1.0 duron @1.2 - 1600+ - 1600+
Rack Wall Middle
Rack Wall Bottom

Then my workstation on the other side of the room: The toolbox looking thing is my Lancase. (1700+) The one under it is a 233 amd k6.

Workstation One The small one under the desk is a dual 1.0 duron, the other is a 1700+. One of the boxes on the far right is a 286, the other 2 are osbornes. ( Remember the first portable computer? Only weighs like 80 lb's. Both still work :) )
Workstation One #2 Look, you can see my lunch :p

And my workstation downstairs.

Workstation Downstairs ( the 2 boxes are 1.4 thunderbirds, and the lappy is a 633 ( I think, not sure because it overheats when running SETI. It burned off the finish on the desk :) ) I hate walking up a flight of stairs just to use a computer. why do that, when you can just build another room? :p

Upgrades planed, but no $$ till this friday.

Smokey,

I've noticed your quick rise up the charts! :)

Just curious...you get your name from the movie "The 6th Day" ? or is that your real name?

:)

Engineer - the quick rise is due to another 30 machiens I get every once in a while (same GX240's), as they come in from shipment and wait until they can be deployed. I lost 11 from my fleet dropping me from 22 to 11 today, as 11 were delivered today. Oh well, we have more on the way :)

Also, which name? Smokey or Adam Zucker...
Adam Zucker is my real name, and Smokey is my nick thats I've been called for years.

lol, I remember Adam Gibson, but I don't remember a Zucker.... Michael Drucker was in it, was that what you were thinking of?

Neither of my cousins produced it as far as I remember (David and Jerry Zucker) so I know they had no part in The 6th Day. They did the Airplanes and a few others, they're more into comedy/stupid movies :), but they're always funny :)

I was wondering who that was way down there cranking out WUs like mad..... I have 25 of those Dell P4-1.7s...... I think about half of them are running correctly for me. Little hgh school boogers do weird things to computers sometimes... I will get the rest running tomorrow...They are nice little machines... :)

Thats me :), trying to get my ranks up to the quality of you guys :), I want to break 10000 soon, but I have a while. I am really impatient though, lol. They're ok, slow as hell, put out a LOT of heat when you have them stacked as I do (pics available in a thread called pictures of my fleet in this forum). They're too slow though, I need something that does every 3 hours like my machines at home, all being AMD's. Damnit Dell, put out a real performer!

Well, the government will only buy intel chips, so no 3 hour WUs for me for a while at work........But the fact that I have a bunch of computers makes up for it a little. Although 120 systems doing a WU every 3 hours would be nice.... :)

Well at 960 WU's a day that would bring me to 10000 real quick!, thats only in about 11 days! What about the fact that that would run at 350400 WU's a year! Oh well, that number is just way too mind boggling. It pays to dream :)

My measly fleet....due for a upgrade! :)

All run SETI 24/7 except during t-storms.....I need a UPS or two. :(

1Ghz P3 - 512Megs - WinXP
633Mhz Celery - 192Megs - Win2k - SETI Queue Box
466Mhz Celery - 320Megs - Linux RH 7.2
133Mhz Pentium - 64Megs - Linux Smoothwall Distro

Coming Soon:
120Mhz Pentium - 16Megs - Win95 or Linux, you decide. :)

Going to slap a P3-S 1.4Ghz into my XP rig and replace the 466Mhz Celery with the 1Ghz P3.

Average about 7 a day depending on how much I use the computer. But 6 is usually the norm.
