all sales final on craigslist

I have someone interested in coming over to my home to purchase my bedroom set(night stand, headboard, mattress, etc etc).

I'm selling it as is, so I"m going to let the person inspect it as much as they need. once the money exchanges hands, they cannot come back and demand a refund for any reason right?

I"m assuming if I let them look over the item as much as they can, they dont have a right to come back and demand a refund after the purchase correct?

As long as you state that all sales are final, purchase is as-is and buyer is responsible at transfer of money.
