Question All ports when scanned get timed-out

Opening whatsmyip.org and scanning ports every port is timed-out. Any suggestions please. Asus 1000he laptop win7, Comcast Arris TG1682 router.
 
What is the purpose? Are you trying to open ports from outside to inside? The behavior that you describe is "stealth", and is generally regarded as desireable for consumer internet connections.
