All Linkin Park Songs Sound the same

What is that? 2 songs at the same time? I'm very impressed someone found a band that has a few albums out and managed to notice that 2 can be played simultaneously and I guess almost work? But then.. you're claiming that a band that put out an album that was virtually a remix of its first album makes a lot of music that sounds the same.. Kinda obvious, eh? Besides.. All pop music sounds exactly the same 😛

They're hardly exactly the same and it does seem like Pushing Me Away was very much reduced in volume so that numb sorta masks it. I hear quite a bit more of numb than I do of Pushing Me Away.

Yeah, well the two songs maybe 😛

Not EVERY song sounds the same 🙂

However, even if it IS the same, I still like alot of their stuff.

so what if 2 of their songs sound the same, it doesnt mean all songs they released sound the same. I personally like the old Linkin park stuff like papercut.

make sure ur levels are balanced, whoever made the mp3 put Pushing me away on the right channel only, and numb on the right channel only

I guess if something sells they want to make more of that. But still neither of these songs can touch-

Otis Redding
Sittin on top of the bay.

Ah yes, my speakers at home are far too close to fully appreciate the difference in channels. They're like 1.5 feet apart. 😛 Eh, I'm not really surprised to hear this from Linkin Park tho.. they do a heck of a lot of sampling (of their own material)/mixing in their songs, so these two songs may very well contain some of the same bits of music, or musical elements. And you know what? I don't care. 🙂 I do like Linkin Park for what they are.

I've heard that Nickelback mp3 where "How You Remind Me" was played in one ear and "Someday" was played in the other ear. They sounded the same!!

I hate the state of the music industry nowdays.

Isn't that the secret to Creed's success also.....all songs sounding alike? I guess that is why I consider them the most boring useless band ever.
