Anybody knows when I will be able to buy this card? I want good card with TV tuner. Can I expect this card to be avaiable sometimes soon?

Thanks Charles

I'd like to know too, my rig is ready to be upgraded from it's aiw-8500dv. They made us drool over this thing in September, I am ready for it to be in my machine already. All these great games coming out and I have gimped myself by waiting for this card

No firm dates; possibly in a few months with the release of the X850s?

If you're impatient, buy an X800/6800 and a separate PCI TV tuner card. It's more flexible anyway, as you can upgrade your graphics without losing your TV tuner capabilities. The new Hauppauge PVR150s are real nice...

I contacted ATI customer support last week about rma'ing my aiw 8500 dv, then later found out that the vid card wasn't my problem, so i cancelled the rma, then asked the associate if they had any more info on the card in question...she said that even ATI corporate doesn't have a release date yet, so we're gonna be waiting a while...

My one concern is that the coac connector just kinda dangles from their custom connection on the back of the card...I hope their connector design is firm, because coax is one tough mother....also a little disappointed that they didn't bundle a game with it.

Same here. That's the first thing I was thinking when I saw the bundle. I was like "It's a freakin' x800 XT for cryin' out loud...NEEDS GAMES!"
