All in wonder 9700 pro green or red PCB

I'm looking to purchase a new all-in-wonder 9700 pro. I noticed that some retailers have the retail boxed built by ATI model with the usual red PCB and ATI logo on the fan. Yet many other retailers have the retail boxed model that has a green PCB with a different logo on the fan. I can't tell what the logo is from the pictures I have seen so far. Does anyone know if there is a difference and if so, what it might be?

I am not sure if this is true, but I think the green PCB's are retail cards, and the red is OEM.

my 9700 pro is OEM and is red PCB... my 8500 is retail and it's green.

My Retail AIW 9700 pro is using a red PCB. I would say there is no difference between the cards as ATI makes all AIW cards and there is NO difference between retail and OEM AIW cards.
