Better be able to hold out for the rebate for a while, I bought this card on the same deal in august, it took about 3 months or more, don't quite remember, to get the 60 dollars back. I did get it buy compusa was handling the rebate so that must have been why it was so slow.

i went for this deal back in october and i regretted it so much. i spent hours reinstalling my w2k because this card's driver is notoriously buggy and i still can't capture without my comp's freezing up. one word of advice, check the review before you buy.

Seemed like a good deal a couple of months ago, but was scared away from it because of two reasons: CrapUSA didn't seem to know what was going on with the extra rebate and this deal depended too heavily on MIR's to be a deal IMO.

Now.. I'd much rather spend a few extra bucks (several actually) and go for this card or the Radeon 32 mb card on a Dell deal instead.

Sorry for the crap. I't's just how I see it.

great card for win98SE (i have it right now, except AGP version). don't bother with win2k it's a pain, i am experimenting with it in winxp and so far so good, having trouble with video playback though, tv tuner function works fine. win2k was hell, win98se works great!
