All In Wonder 128 Pro 32MB (Rage?) for $39 at TCWO.com. Refurbished, but not bad for putting together an inexpensive vid editing rig.

make sure you can get the necessary cables.. they say that no cables come with the card, otherwise its a good deal.
 
I had the original all-in-wonder 4MB way back when ($150?), terrible 3d gaming card, but great for my first attempts at video capturing.
 
yeah oos. radeon LE 32mb for $34+$7 isn't bad though. I'm not sure I would have gotten the all-in-wonder unless I knew someone who had it already though, since the software etc. is NOT included.
