All in one VGA Converter

So i finished up my LCD projector and was looking for one of those All in One converters that output to VGA. I'd like the RCA in, as well as S-Video and possibly coax for cable. However, I am looking for one that might let me re-size the image on the screen (like what powerstrip does on a computer) as my screen is widescreen, and I have to move the projector forward when I view a fullscreen movie. Anything like that out there? Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks!
