I'm glad to see a new "toon" out today. Thinking about it, it's gotta be difficult coming up with new ideas and trying to keep Foamy fresh. It's got to be especially tough trying to bring in a new character like Mr. Hatter. Foamy is beloved cause he's a multi-dimensional. He's pissed at everyone and everything but Mr. Hatter is flat and uninteresting. His just a straight man, uhh squirrel acting as a sounding board for Foamy. Even Germaine needs to broaden out some. Each character should be interesting enough that they could do solo without being flat. JM should watch reruns of Seinfeld and try to figure out how those writers kept their characters interesting. The "Dennis Miller" rant is gonna get old.
I love the interplay between Foamy and Germaine. Even Pilz-e is a sad but loveable character and the confident Foamy and lost Pilz-e together looks so familiar. It reminds me of people from high school.
Look, I don't envy comedic writers. That kind of work is the toughest writing there is. I love the Foamy stuff and only hope JM can grow and develop his skills.

The first three are just that; they're the first 3. They're uncertain and you'll notice there's no dialogue until #5. I enjoy watching the early ones and seeing how the author develops his ideas.

My favorite episode is Rant 3 ep#45. Twisted, but oh so funny.

I just joined the forum b/c I have this linked up to a fan group I have on a local site here in Louisville, KY. Unfortunately, the mp3's can no longer be found on amazon. I do have them on disc, though. I don't have a server, and I don't know who could host the mp3's. But I figured, since this is a great resource for me and my group, I'd ask around here and see if anyone can help.
