All files changed to "ink" files

yes, that is the exact same problem that i have. some of my .ink files work and some dont. i cant reformat. it says no disk drives. i tried to update norton too. any suggestions.

Once at this website, scroll down to number 12. Download the EXE Fix and the Link file fix to the right of it. Install both of these and reboot your pc.

Let us know if this fixes it.

THANK YOU! this fixed everything but 1 program for me. thanks so much. now for the file that it didnt fix, what can i do about it? it didnt fix my "steam" games file. coincidentally, thats the program that i use most. is there anyway i can restore that back to normal. if all else fails, i will just reinstall it. once again, thanks so much.
