i've been sitting on the fence, but am going to make the leap... i have to boot my lappy 4-10 times a day, and with all the corp security stuff it takes 10minutes to come up, grinding the disk like crazy... hope this perks things up...

and that it won't die when i slap the thing off the desk in customer induced rage episodes is icing on the cake...

You might want to read AnandTech's articles about SSDs.

OCZ has a forum for discussions/imformation. They also have a Wiki. Be sure that you read 'Alignment and why it's important'before you install. Remember no defragging!
