They already knew that Tyrannosaurus Rex was feathered. This discovery now means that other dinosaurs besides the Theropods were also feathered.

TBH, the dinosaur world is full of speculation. And I don't know if I completely agree with their speculations and beliefs. With that being said, I don't think its wise to engage in a full on argument on whether or not dinosaurs had feathers.
