I ordered this on Sunday and it was delivered yesterday. All I can say is I'm impressed. While it may not be the fastest (4 pgs per min) it's really not that noticeable and it makes incredible copies. They are extremely clear and crisp. There's no warm up time with the copier either. I used it last night to get 6 of my rebates copied and in the mail. Sure beats the scan and print thing :)

I almost passed this deal up but a member on FW has this copier and highly recommended it. I agree with everything he said about it. Hey, for $70 AR you can't go wrong.

i agree on the quality of the copier. its very nice and convenient. couple of caveats: 1) the copy size is letter size maximum. i found this to be a problem already with some bestbuy rebates that print out on the receipt paper...they are too long if you want to copy the whole thing. 2) the whole top glass moves during the scan phase, so this can make copying books etc more difficult.

otherwise, nice for $70.

also, i spotted the same unit at OfficeMax for $99 with $50 rebate, in case stock issues come out or you wanna work additional deals.

I just picked one of these up as well. Very compact and super quiet. I can live with the slow speed. I have it sitting on the edge of my desk, and just unfold the trays when I need to use it, since so far I don't do a great deal of copies. Quality is also very good as well.

The E20 toner (2000 pages approx) is $89.95 on Staples ! The copier does come with one in the box, right ?

Yes it does come with a toner cartridge. I believe it says it's good for approx 2000 copies.

Lanyap was the member on FW that recommended the copier and he posted this link for refill kits. He's bought the toner and refill tool kit and says it's very easy to do.

I believe OD also has it for $149.99 w/$50 rebate as well as OM as collin mentioned.

I encountered this challenge also when I first tried to copy BB and CC rebate forms on my Canon PC420. I just folded them in half and copied them sideways. I make a pass with the top half of the rebate form, the receipt and the UPC label and leave a space open for the bottom half of the rebate form. Once I have several copies I put them back into the input tray and only copy the bottom half of the rebate form in the space I left. On the CC rebates and receipts I do the same thing but use both the top and the bottom of the copy paper. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad. It sure beats running to Kinko's all the time to copy my rebate documents and other items that I want to keep copies of.

I ordered this unit and received it thursday. This is really cool - I'm probably the only one in the neighborhood to have my own copier at home. Needless to say, the first things I copied were the rebate paperwork for the copier itself, and the $65 rebate for the $37 stick of PNY DDR ram from Office Depot. BTW, for the filler item I used a pack of Bic highliters from their clearance section - $2.98 but FREE after rebate. Since I like to highlite the date / name / item # ~ sku, etc, on the receipts for my rebates this will actually come in quite handy.

BTW, using the "deal" tools I've learned on these boards I managed to get a pretty good deal when I had to replace my washing machine last week (not sad, the old one lasted 17.5 years). One of the local tv/appliance stores had two Whirlpools with electronic controls they were clearancing for $500 - these models normally retail for $600 or more. Over the Labor day weekend they also ran an ad with %10 off and "double warranty up to 2 years" coupons. Needless to say, I picked up a $600 washer for $450, and got a 2-year warranty on it to boot :D ! As it is said in the Disney forums I also read, I was "doin' the happy dance !"
