Alienware DHS-2 Case Mod?

I have an Alienware DHS2 machine that I use for a Media Center DVR. I want to update the video card to an ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series , which has an HDMI output.

This would be great , of course, but the case has a hole for the S-video connector for the currently installed video card.

Take a look at the back of this particular machine:

Can I modify the case to allow for this HDMI jack? Can this be done? I sure don’t want to mess up the case!

How do I know if it’ll even fit? This would be a great upgrade for this machine and I could output the audio through the HDMI cable to my TV.

Thank you,

What's it look like inside? Does it have a vid card already? If there's already a low profile card in there you may be able to pick up another one and simply replace it using the existing PCIE riser card.
