Well the scientist would say because of the UFO's some bodies they found and that kinda stuff, but they also say that we can't be alone because of the size, all they can do is predict (for now)

Having done scientific research one thing I know is that a scientist who predicts that something MUST happen because he has a big sample is going to get thrown out on his ear. There are crackpots in every field though, and some who should know use something called the Drake equation. It's a set of variables that when combined tell us how many intelligent civilizations there are. The problem is that no one knows the variables nor has any good reason to pick a value except for "this sounds good".

Here is how it works. Let's say you have ten boxes. How much money is in them? What if you have a hundred? A trillion? Now how much more money is in the trillion boxes than the ten?

How much is there?

I will sure be rich, but i still don't see what's the catch

No, you will still be incredibly ignorant.

I rili don't see the connections between those two things - the scientists and the money thing

The catch is I never said there was any money in any box. I just said there was a lot of boxes.

Likewise, there are a lot of planets, but we havent "opened" any to see if there is life on them.

This does NOT mean there is no life elsewhere, but it is at the moment completely unknowable. In the future who can say? For now, we just guess, but we don't know.

True, i still think that, it's just that the boxes thing confused me, i should of been able to figure it out, still, hell lot of boxes\planets
