Youtube is blocked but is this that cult film based on Alice in Wonderland which makes use of a lot of bizarre puppet like animation similar to many Tool music videos? If that is the one then I have seen it in full once before. It's a really cool movie if you enjoy the weirder cult stuff.

"Very Sel(dom)" "Always" are the first two parts, the other parts I believe were humming of a tune by the flowers.
