Ahh yea fvck I forgot that part. It still doesn't make sense that he'd happen to be in HK at the same time though

Well, you don't know he's in HK at the same time. Syd heads to the safe house and she might have been there a day or two before he shows up.
 
Ok. After reading all the posts, and thinking about all the episodes I've watched (i've seen em all, watched from the pilot on)....I'm beginning to think that it's fake.

I'm gonna stew on it some more, and then go watch the tivo again. Wife won't watch it b/c she said Alias can go to hell (she's watched em all with me, but for some reason that really pissed her off----but she doesn't like "Season-Enders-As-Cliffhangers" anyway. Every year she swears off a show only to be sucked back in.

Like I said before (heh I think I did)... this better not be explained as "all a dream"... that would be such a cop out for any show...

 
Well in the previous episode, sloan went to see that monk or whatever and what was so monumental about what he was given?

And what about the prophecy about Sidney or her mother many episodes ago?
 
My theory is that the "Rimbaldi Device" is some kind of time machine, and for whatever reason Sidney got sent two years into the future. Either that or this is all a "glimpse" of what might happen if she fails to stop Sloan.
