Are there any reviews showing how they compare at the same speeds? Or, how much would you need to overclock a 12700k to match 13600k or 13700k performance.

At ISO Core and ISO speed Raptor Lake has a 4% Higher IPC, but Raptor Lake are clocked higher that is the only difference.

Big increase, maybe up to 20% overall in performance give same price point CPU or class! But will be more dependent if you upgrade your components to PCie 4 or future 5 to get bigger jump in throughput as much as 50-100%.

Here is review: 13600K vs 12600K - P Cores vs E Cores Benchmarked

It's a shame that we don't have a review with the 13900K yet - P Cores vs E Cores Benchmarked

Interesting video. But, they are not clocked the same which is what I am looking for.
That's the thing... There is only 5% IPC improvement at same speed, what makes Raptor Lake stand out is just faster CPU speed and that games seem to like their 2 MiB of Cache more than the 1.25 MiB Alder Lake had.

The general number I have seen for increase in IPC is about 5% from AL to RL. (Not a controlled study, but just some anecdotal data.)

So, you would need a 500-600 mhz overclock on ADL considering RPL already runs a few 100 mhz faster. Sounds about right. Would like to see someone test it.
