they can't spell bourbon right, and for some reason count cans as 16 oz, rather than the much more common 12 oz.
Interesting. Here in Michigan you can get alcohol from the grocery, big box pharmacy stores (Walgreens, CVS), Target. My local Krogers has a pretty good selection of beers and hard liquor
costco liquor stores here have a separate entrance from the main store. beer and wine are in the main store, hard liquor and some wine are in the liquor store. the grocery stores usually carry port, with big labels on them stating that they can't be sold on sunday. also, no beer sales after midnight most nights, or before noon on sunday (can't pick up a 6 pack on the way to a tailgate :roll

.
also, beer can't be sold to the public by the brewery here. that's due to the distributors' lobby. the distributors agreed to allow small breweries a roundabout way to sell to the public at the brewery. basically, if someone paid for a brewery tour they were allowed to take a couple six packs home with them. it passed the house unanimously, but on the last day of the session inbev steps in and says it's not fair to them because it only applied to smaller breweries. nevermind that inbev doesn't give tours and hasn't in years. assholes.
brew pubs in texas can't sell for off premises consumption, but a brew pub in california can bottle beer, ship it here, and sell it.
liquor laws in this state make just about no sense.
