Alcohol 120 trial refuses to leave

I installed the trial of alcohol 120 a week ago, and uninstalled it the same day because I bought daemon tools. So every day and every time I reboot windows since then, alcohol setup runs on startup.

It's not found by Autoruns, but I have found registry entries and temp files relevant to the setup.exe and I have deleted them numerous times. I have run Ccleaner and cleaned windows temp also.

It's just not going away, and I can't email the developer because I don't have a system report file to submit. Does anyone know how I can make it go away short of re-formatting? I just re-installed windows less than a month ago and am just getting comfortable again. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for that link, but I don't see alcohol setup in the installer list. Also, I tried letting it just install again and thought that might stop it from happening again, but that doesn't work either. This is a really annoying problem and it looks like the only way I can rid myself of it is to re-format.

I'm surprised you couldn't find it with Ccleaner. I've had some tenacious irritants that I've routed using that. Maybe try again, and see if anything jumps out at you?
