I'm in Albuquerque this summer doing research at UNM

So far I've been to Petroglyph Natl Mnmt, Walmart, the movies downtown.
Ate at Saggios, Frontier, Sadie's

Recommend me things to do, places to see.

Yeah, the frontier is great!!! Cinamon rolls are good... I am down here for an internship this summer at SNL. How was Petroglyph Natl Mnmt? I went to chaco canyon last year, and also the VLA down by soccorro, that was very cool.

Is that where they make the cinamon rolls? cross the street from the U.?

Go to the mineral shop
Go camping on the BLM land, hike the Sandias and watch the fronts move in, Sangre de Cristos...
Go to the Gorge
Go to Dixon, Taos, Santa Fe, Chimayo, etc etc........... so much to do there

I miss it alittle 🙁

Yep, the Frontier is the cinamon roll factory. Yeah go up the worlds longest aerial tram, that is a fun time. Mountain biking at sandia ski resort.

Petroglyphs was okay. quick 1-2 hour visit. I didnt go to the volcanoes on the west side of the park though.

Whats VLA?

Places to go:
* definitely ride the tram up to Sandia Peak and have dinner up there (crappy food, great view) or at least watch the sunset and enjoy the view.
* Go to santa fe.
* Check out historic Old Town. Kinda neat.
* Explore northern New Mexico. It's beautiful, especially this time of year.
* San Juan river for trout fishing.

food:
* Try El Patio just south of the University (i think it's on Harvard or Yale, forgot which).
* Green chile stew at the Frontier...yummy. I'm craving for that as we speak.
