My case (a Raidmax mid-tower) has two front USB 2.0 connectors. Looks like there are two connectors coming from that part of the case. One is labeled USB 1 and the other is labeled USB 2. Where do I connect these on my Albatron mobo and do I need to jump through any other hoops to get them to work? Specifically, do I need to do anything in bios? Do I need to download anything in particular to get the 2.0 USB to work? Thanks.

I am using two of the 4 availble on the motherboard headers but in a rear plate connection. They work just fine with USB 2.0 enabled in bios. Follow the pin outs and you should be fine! BTW usb 2.0 support is included in SP1 for Windows XP I do not know if USB 2.0 can be enabled with other operating systems.

If you check your mobo documentation, you'll see the headers that you should use. There are called Front USB in my info.
