Albatron GeForce Ti4200 3.3ns vs. Radeon 9600 Pro?

Cindy, you obviously didnt read my post, and thank you so much for calling me an idiot. What I said was, if you arent going to be using high IQ settings, which you really cant on the 9600 Pro and get high framerates, then you should go with the 4200 and overclock because it is faster and cheaper.

You seem to be totally blind to the precise question he was asking. In this situation the Ti4200 is the better value.

Dont post any meaningless VGA charts from Toms or anything because we are talking about OVERCLOCKING performance WITHOUT any IQ settings.

No and no. In almost all non aa/af tests the ti4200 is faster than the fx5600. Also, a 5600 is generally faster than a 128mb 9200.

but you have to remember that he is useing a 8500, and those have some pretty weak aa and af for him to judge by.
