Is that card any good? I know the clock speeds are a little lower than others, but I could always overclock to match the others.

I just wanted to know if this was a good card or not.

I love MSI. I have had the Neo Plat for a while and a 9800 PRO from them.

How does this hold up?

Or should I go with a lower priced motherboard? I am looking to spend as few as possible with the best quality. Trying to get around $400.
 
if they have at least a 3 year warranty, then stick with them. if not, then xfx since its the cheapest overclocked 7800gt and offers the best warranty

anandtech recommends the xfx 7800gt in their review
 
I've heard bad things about xfx but really, I've heard bad things about alot of stuff. so really if you think it would be a good card get it. I may even get that card^^, seeing the nice price and instead of getting a 6800GT leadtek....
 
Well the DFI is just shy of being under 100 and I've only heard great stuff about them

Get the lan party <==none sli....
 
I can't find the DFI Lan Party for cheaper than $100. I do love me some MSI. I would like to get the platinum which I might since it is under $99 with a $25 MIR.

Well I would go with the Epox 9npa+ Ultra for a motherboard.

The Albatron card is probably a great card!!! I have owned a few of their products, I had a MOBO from them with a 1.8 P4, I also had a Nvidia 5900 Ultra graphics card from them. I loved both of the products from them, they have great features!!!

Ok. I decided I am going to purchase the card and the very first motherboard I linked to. Thanks for the help fellows.
 
I've owned one of their products and I did not like it much at all. The videocard I bought was like 2 years ago it was the fx5200. The card was running below what it should be running, ever since then i never bought one of their products.
 
you made the right decision. they sell good products and i would buy from them if it was the cheapest and offered a decent warranty
 
I've heard albatron support staff sucks. they don't hardly speak english, and they ignore their phones most of the time
