I can see it now... all those newstands looking for the passers-by so they can get them back their money. All the stores (like a Target or CVS)... awaiting people to return their PB magazine for cash back. All those people sending back their now-rare mag to PB headquarters... you get the idea.

On top of the fact that it won't happen - that doesn't really hurt PB does it ? The whole point is to punish PB. What reason do you want to give ? Alba is greedy ? If she wanted money, she could've... I dunno... done the shoot in the first place when they asked...

It was a promo shot for Into The Blue which was indeed used for that movie. Sony's letter (specifics in last paragraph & following page). PB was only granted a limited license to use it as part of the "25 sexiest stars" article so they are infringing on that part too.

Which video are you guys talking aboutt? There are two. One is from Into The Blue and word is it's a body double, which I agree. The other is for a movie she did, she is in the very first intro shot, at a fashion show changing, and that's completely legit. There are also shots of her in a see through green dress at a recent awards show.
