If you go to a sh1tty/low end strip club, you WILL get ugly/fat/unattractive girls. Hot girls go to work at nice/high end clubs because they will make more money due to high end/wealthy clients.

Also, hot girls don't need to work everyday. They work when they want/need the money. So you could get lucky and meet some hot girls one day and get ugly girls the next day in the same club.
