Well, the obvious answer, based on this non-slanted study, is to let more illegal aliens into the state.
 
Arent there penalties for companies that hire illegals? Go after the employers and fine them big time for every employee found. Are all law enforcement people stupid or what?

I say put all the illegals in a camp in the woods and then force march them all to the mexican border in shackles. They will never come back.

Dont we have some mines they can work in as slaves!
