Doesn't look like either the A's, Angels, or Red Sox are going to go away any time soon. Each have won 9 of their last 10 games, and are all within a game of each other. Texas is pretty close too, but haven't been able to keep pace with the big trio.

At least one of the three teams won't make the playoffs though. Who will pull it out in the end?

Its going to be between the A's and Angels. One will win the wild card one will win the West. The Angeles offense is starting to heat up again but Oaklands pitching can never be counted out.

the race is REALLY heating up now... reminds me of '02 when the A's went off in their own little world and won 20 straight games.. and the angels were right there with them winning 18 of 20. go angels!
 
it's been really fun to watch, the A's keep winning but so does texas and anaheim. in september they will play each other so someone's going to lose.

i voted A's for the West and Boston for the wild card. i still don't think texas can keep it up and the A's are going to spank the Angels when they go head to head.
