I figure if they're smart, they'll keep making threats, and lose credibility. Then, they do something for real when nobody believes them anymore.

For now, we have nothing to worry about. The man is obviously lying. You don't tell your enemy that you are about to attack them. He's just doing PR work and trying to get all those Muslim dogs back on their side.
