raiders announced they will be wheeling his corpse into the owner's box at games just like they've been for the past 5 years

Truthishly, it's been a long time coming; he's looked like the Cryptkeeper in recent years. Who's the next NFL owner to go: Ralph Wilson or Dan Rooney? Wilson has looked to be on death's door for years now, and I just saw Rooney on Pregame and he looks like a shrunken husk of a person.

I'm not sure how I feel... he did a lot when he was younger but lately most think he was a big reason in how shitty the Raiders have been. And while I love the Raiders to suck, I also miss when the AFC West wasn't a league-wide joke.

yeah, he really went from one extreme of productivity and leadership to the other.

Turns out that a childhood friend of mine officiated the funeral.

Goodbye, Al. Like him or hate him, you have to admit that he helped make the NFL what it is today.
