would upgrade myself but i see no upgrades in the immediate future with my aiw 9600 pro and my athlon xp 3200 still chugging along.
 
Yeah, I jumped on this deal at Fry's about a month ago. Wasn't sure if it was still offered. Even regular X800XL's are still going for $300 in some places (including Fry's). Cheapest non-AIW X800XL in stock at Newegg is $194, AIW is $299. $200 for an AIW is a steal, and I love the performance of it in HL2.

For the lazy: 16 pixel pipes, 400MHz. Performs about as well as a 6800GT. AT's review of the X800XL (non AIW, although I think the speeds are the same): http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.aspx?i=2299
