I'm still trying to get my hands on one, but word is
they have finally started shipping.
I wanted to get some feedback on initial impressions of
others who have gotten one.
Pros:
Does it seem the same performance-wise as the Radeon 32MB?
(Past AIW cards were always a little slower than the regular ATI cards)
How is the quality of Video Capture/Playback & DVD playback?
Has anyone gotten to play with the Guide+ VCR capabilities?
Cons:
There is a usenet post where someone is claiming that there are
some last minute changes done to the released card:
No SPDIF port in final version
DVD Playback issues
Problem changing to higher resolution (1200x1600) mode
