I am having trouble installing my new aiw 9800 pro card. It keeps giving me "the data is invalid" when loading the drivers for it. Everythign loads fine except for the ati wdm theater video, which is needed to use the capture and tv features of the card. I have tried the drivers on the cd, the newest drivers from ati, and omega drivers. I have done a fresh install of xp without sp's, with sp1 and sp2. each time only loading the motherboard drivers, dx9, and windows media encoder. I have tried everything that ati's support faq's and tech bulletins have said to try.
My system.
gigabyte k8ns ultra 939
amd64 3200+
1024 (2x512) OCZ pc3500 ddr ram
maxtor 40gb (primary) hdd
wd 250gb (secondary) hdd
liteon dvd burner
