Airport luggage X-ray machines

Isn't this kinda a weird question considering the 100s of people that fly with their notebooks every freaking day?

Hundreds of people fly with their notebooks every day? More like hundreds of people with notebooks go through any random security line in any random airport every day.

The better question is: Will my Xbox 360 survive 3 flights without getting the RROD? It's going with me on my temp work assignment. I can't live 2 months without xbox. 😛

Buy an extra seat on the flights and strap it in with a seatbelt to protect it from turbulance.

I brought a wii on my last flight. But it's built pretty well. I think the TSA lady wanted to confiscate it and take it home because she was really eyeing it up.

And yes, carry-on. No way it would survive in my checked luggage.

he is saying that tsa is a bunch of idiots

L-Ray can see through organic material like leather and cotton. Imagine the violation when you go through security at the airport w/ these zero talent TSA douchebags checking you out w/ their L-Ray.

I'll see if I can find the article where the guy couldn't convince them that his Macbook Air was a computer.

Is it safe for my hard drive to go through? Don't want to lose my data :S

No it's not safe. The millions of business travelers that go through airport security with their business laptops, and the millions of everyday people that take their iPods with them on the plane all buy new devices upon arrival to their destination city each time they fly.

Are you fvcking serious?!?!
