Hey, I was just wondering sinc i got my new panaflo 60mm today to replace my loud cooler master fan.. this is really stupid but which way should the air be belowing on the cpu... or AWAY from the cpu?? right now its set to blow away and my temps seem really high... i have the two antec case fans blowing OUT right now.. which are gonna be replaced tomorrow when my emermax 80mm adustable come.. thanks

Reverse it and see what happens. The airflow direction really depends on the heatsink design.
 
If you use a copper cooler, it should blow down onto it. Copper also tends to like very high volume of air
