Ok well i would like a unit that will blow cold air into my case. I live in a hot country and i never clean my room so its dusty. Id luv to totally seal off my pc with rubbers and silicone but i want something to attach to my case or whever to push cold ass air directly into my case.

Sound is not a problem, it could sound like a 474 taking off i dont give a fuck.
Price is no issue
No i dont want to buy a ac unit for my room because i hate cold i use fans
and no i dont wanan make it my slef unless its really easy

just get a normal window mounted air conditioner. use plastic to direct all the air into the side of your case.

What you are asking, at least the way you are wording it, is not possible.

If you seal your case, the air conditioner will have to be inside the case for it to work!
You cannot connect an air conditioner with a pipe to your case and expect it to cool it unless the case has another opening for the air to exit from it. No exit air, no intake air! It is that simple.

If there is an intake and an exhaust, you will have the dust issue, which you say you want to solve.

Best bet is to buy a window unit. I bought one 2 years ago and it keeps my 16x30 room a chilly 70F even when it's 100F outside.

Here You Go....

EDIT:

Server stability and data availability. The VapoChill Case Cooler is an air condition system developed for - direct - cooling of mission critical PC and entry level servers. For companies critically dependant on server stability and data availability the VapoChill case cooler is the most advanced, efficient and economic server cooling alternative on the market.

Re-circulation of the air inside the server provides effective and clean cooling. By sending the cool air flow directly into the server cabinet and re-circulating the hot return air, the VapoChill case cooler realises by far the most effective server cooling technology in the market - both in functional and in technical terms. Furthermore, the re-circulation of air ensures that the hardware of the server system is spared the harmful dust and dirt, which is left in the system by traditional fan-cooling and room air conditioning.

Independent of ambient air temperatures. The compact and powerfully dimensioned case cooler - removing up to 750W of heat - guarantees the effective elimination of the heat the server, quite independently from its ambient conditions. Designed to operate in an ambient air temperature of up to 45 degrees Celsius, even the worst imaginable heat wave cannot compromise the case cooler?s ? and therefore the server?s ? stable and continuous operation.

Elimination of condensation. The uniquely developed condensation-evaporating system integrated in the VapoChill case cooler, relieves the end user from any requirement for surveillance, collection, or draining of condensed water. The elimination of condensation is realized absolutely automatic.

you need to take into account condensation of moisture upon any surface that is cooler than it's suroundings, as long as there is any moisture in the air.

how bout a prometia mach 1 or 2 they are 500-1000 dollars and go right on the proc. You could theoretically seal ur pc, and use liquid cooling, but u'd have to cool the cpu, gpu, ram, mobo chipset, hard drives, etc. All of those devices produce heat. What's ur budget?
