. How much of a refund can I claim?

You may claim for a full refund of the price (before sales tax) for every Airborne Product you bought if you file a proof of purchase with a Claim Form. The preferred proof of purchase is a copy of the original receipt that identifies the Airborne Product purchased and the amount paid for it. But if you don?t have a copy of the original receipt, you can also submit other proof that you bought the Products, such as an online order form, a receipt provided post-sale by the store (even a hand-written one), or a detailed credit card statement. The essential thing is for you to provide evidence that you bought a specific product and how much you paid for it.

If you do not have a Proof of Purchase, you can still file a Proof of Claim for up to 6 boxes of Airborne Products. You will get a refund that is based on the average retail price of the Product: $10.50 per box of Seasonal, $2.75 per box for Gummi, and $6.99 per box for all other Airborne Products.

If you have proofs of purchase for some Products but not for all that you bought, you may file a claim for refund of all Products for which you do have proofs of purchase, plus up to 6 additional Products that you bought but for which you don?t have a proof of purchase.

CURRENT CASE STATUS

A Settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit that alleges that Airborne Health, Inc. (and other defendants) (?Airborne?) falsely advertised certain therapeutic properties, including the ability to cure or prevent the common cold, when marketing products under the Airborne brand name, as listed below. Defendants deny any wrongdoing or illegal conduct but have agreed to settle the litigation. This website provides information on the lawsuit and proposed Settlement. Click here to download the complete Settlement Agreement.

On November 29, 2007, the District Court for the Central District of California entered an order preliminarily approving the proposed Settlement. Click here to download that Order. The Court has scheduled a hearing on June 16, 2008 at 10:00 am, to consider final approval of the Settlement.

The hearing will take place at:

United States District Court
Central District of California -- Eastern Division
Riverside Courthouse, Courtroom 2
3470 Twelfth Street
Riverside, CA 92501

This website will be updated periodically. Please check back on this website for updates on the status of the Settlement approval.

Weird. Airborne has always worked for me.

Placebo?

No seriously, it has always worked for me.

Helped you not catch a cold or get over a cold?

Not catch a cold. There's been quite a few times that I've taken it when I start to get a sore throat or get body aches which are prime symptoms of a cold beginning to happen.

The thing is that regardless of the fact that you had some mild pre-cold symptoms, took Airborne & then didn't get sick doesn't prove anything because for all you know you wouldn't have gotten sick anyway ... the same thing has happened to me many times & I've never used Airborne or anything like it even once.
