I am fairly certain that if the cheerleader is appearing in an official capacity, whether a charity event or media such as this, they have to appear in their approved look that is determined by cheerleader management after selection.

So she would have the same hair doo and makeup for gameday as well.

There was a recent deadspin.com article where a former Ravens cheerleader spills the beans about all sorts of policy related aspects to NFL Cheerleading. I knew it wasn't great and didn't pay worth crap, but it was still very... revealing.
