Surrrreeee there isn't one 😛

I should go, a black helicopter just landed in my backyard 😀

Aaaaah, they've got me. They're forcing me to send this. I never was interested in Air Force One. Infact it doesn't even exist. I was never even here. (club to the back of the head) None of this ever happened. OMG! Are those aliens in those containers?!?
no carrier

I saw the AFO documentary on the Discovery Channel...it was pretty good.

In all seriousness, I know people who HAVE had the Secret Service show up (they weren't in any real trouble or anything)...these guys DO really get around.

You mean you can't even get basic floorplans of the decks? I've seen video tours of the plane. I find it hard to believe that they wont allow at least a bsic floorplan.

I wish I had cable 🙁

You really know people? KICK!! I wouldn't know what to do if some showed up at my house.. probally hide all these burned beta windows XP cd's....

<runs to burn the burned cds>

A local radio station made a joke, not even a threat about Bush and within the hour they had Secret Service surrounding the station and questioned the DJ's about their intent. (This was 102.1 The Edge in Dallas, TX btw)

do any of you really think the SS i all knowing i think not.

i wanna kill george w. bush.

if i don't reply back in 24 hrs its because i was abducted by the SS.

Someone designed an Air Force One level for SWAT 3 (PC game). Not sure how accurate it is, but it claims to be a 're-creation'. Fun level to play.

woohoo 12 hrs. down and no SS course its like a 10-12 hour flight from dc to here. oh well. i shall report back in another 12 if i am still here...

In the Discovery documentary, they do give you the rough layout of the plain. They point out the press section, the section for presidential aides, secret service, the presidents personal quarters, etc. They also walk you through MOST of the areas of the plain, but dpn't give you the details of each hallway, etc. In fact, they do make it clear that those things are highly classified & will not be released to the public. If you see detailed floorplans on the internet, I am sure they are fakes.

I clicked on the link you guys posted & was looking at the specs. Man, I thought filling up my car was a b!tch. Fuel capacity = 53,611 gallons I don't know what jet fuel costs, but filling up this puppy costs quite a pretty-penny. Now I know where my tax dollars are going. AFO has the capability of refueling in-flight. I wonder how long that takes or how much fuel they can actually transfer in flight.

In fact there may be more than one. They probably wanted to clarify that there wasnt 'ONE'.

Saying you want to cause harm to GW is extremely dumb, and offensive.

edit: :disgust:

ok i think i am safe, except from the unmarked grey suburban parked across the street, the past 22 hours have been SS free. you guys are all way too paranoid.

I'm from the government. I'm here to help you.... would you please come with us sir.

I don't know you. I was never here.
😎

I dont think that a general floor plan of the main deckshopuldb to to har to get a hold of, teh back of the plane is like a regular plane, with press seating, I am not sure is there is anything in teh belly execp for up ront where there is a bulti in stair way and enternace way. Proably calling teh Seceret service or Andrews AFB public realtions department would be a good idea, jsut tell tehem that you would like a basic floorplan, tell them you dont even need dimensions, those can be estimated. they prpbaly will be very wlling to help, another source might be teh AFO DVD, they put a lot of extra junk on those things and might have a map of teh planee on it, not sure

I, too, saw the Discovery channel AF1 show, and IIRC the cost for maintaining it is $50,000 per hour, and there are backup planes (AF2, etc) that cost large amounts to maintain as well.

If I remember correctly, they didn't have any info, but rather used a standard 747 and pieced together stuff from documentaries and video clips about the interior.

In Seattle at the Boeing Museum they have an older Air Force One plane that you can walk inside of and look around. Now its not the same as the current one but I'm sure you can use your creativity to extend the design.

Or you could just watch Air Force One (the movie) frame by frame and draw a layout using the movie.
