I installed one of those underground electric fences for my dog. Before I allowed her to get shocked, I tried it on myself (in my hand, not on my neck).

Yeah, I have no problem with that. At least not after he gets said weapon shoved up his ass and tested there.

How about starting with death row inmates?

Nah, that might constitute cruel and unusual punishment, so let's test these on the fvcking politicians who actually start these wars...MAYBE they wouldn't be so quick to pull the trigger on the next one...

A good question that was posed on Slashdot: Why would the military be involved in domestic law enforcement? Also, how about we test these nonlethal weapons on the people who are in charge of developing them? I'd suggest Dick Cheney, myself...

Hmm...I thought it was illegal for the military to act as a law enforcement against US citizens unless martial law has been declared. I'm really not a big fan of this idea.

I don't think these weapons are going to be built into Air force Cyborgs. In other words, Air Force guy gives non-lethal weapon to local PD for testing.

I'd like to see the department that is willing to take that risk and be sued for millions.

Secretary Michael Wynne is a cicvilian. He should be the first one on the tester list.

"If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation," said Wynne.
Well, he's got a point, even if it flies in the face of the Bush adminstration's stance on the matter:p

Well....I did a google search, and I certainly couldn't find the last time the U.S. government used their "MOAB " on our citizens here, nor cluster bombs, or daisy-cutters, or napalm............so, IMO, that argument doesn't cut it...
