just watched the news... they cut prices for overseas air fare

anyone planning on going somewhere? :D

British Airways:
"British Airways is offering round trip airfare from the USA (west & east coasts) to the UK (London) for $198 + taxes. Taxes & fees come up to about $100 which is about normal nowadays. They also have great prices for other European cities. The $198 round-trip fare is valid for travel Feb. 18 through March 31, 2003 and Nov. 1 through Dec. 15, 2003"
The offer ends Thursday, Feb 13th

so much for the quick trip to London valentine present.....the 99 fare works out to a grand for 2 round trip....warm but not hot

me bad only 584 for two to London from LA. .........back to hot...but not boiling...i think the BA website is getting hammered :)

thanks for the post anyway it was fun to play on the BA website like Mathew Broderick in ' War Games'. :)

BTW, I believe American Airlines is quietly matching these prices, so check out AA if you want to earn AA miles.

D@mn fees! After fees, would end up @ $705 for 2 RT tix from seattle to london. Not as cheap as I though. Oh well, I'd rather go to japan anyway! :D

Before any gets all wound up about getting in on the BA deal before it ends tomorrow. Check around. Virgin Airlines is actually cheaper even with the BA special. United is only about $30 more. This deal isn't that special. It's just the standard winter rate. The $99 round trip they used to have from New York before taxes were $100 was a real deal.
