Air Cooling

The hardest thing for me to decide is which type of cooling to get. I was debating water for a while, but it just wasn't practical for my purposes. Hopefully you guys can help me with this matter. Following these needs, which CPU cooler do you recommend?

*Note* This list IS in order of importance to me.

1) Must be LAN-worthy. I will be traveling to lans on a somewhat frequent basis. Couple times a month maybe.
2) Must be relatively light (this kind of fits with #1)
3) If at all possible, a quiet cooler as well (120MM Fan)
4) Price isn't a big deal I guess, I was willing to get the Ultra 120 Extreme w/ fan but it doesn't seem feasible because of the weight. But I would say around 80 bucks at the absolute MAX.

Also, I'm not really an overclocker, but I would like the option available to me in the future. But overclocking isnt really high at all on my priority list.

I'd appreciate any suggestions, thanks again.

My specs:

E6600, ASUS P5N-E SLI 650i (a mistake), Geforce 8800 GTS, 2 GB Corsair XMS, Thermaltake Mozart TX. (the case is subject to change because of my previous statement regarding more frequent lanning).

To be honest, if you arnt overclocking, theres almost no point in getting an aftermarket heatsink. Im not sure why youd even consider the ultra 120 extreme(A $70 heatsink) if you arnt overclocking. Seems like a big waste to me.

Id prolly say just get that freezer 7 pro. It is not the most insane cooler in the world, but im sure its better than stock. Also, most likely quieter. You really dont need some $70 heatsink if you arnt overclocking.
