Go outside with them, they cant figure out why my pump wont come on... they troubleshoot it to being my box... and tell me i need to get a contractor to come out and rewire my box... so i go outside and pull the fuse on the box by the pump... and reseat it... and wha la! I got air conditioning again.
First off, that was dumb... second the idiot that worked on it last must have put it in not so good because if it was, it never would have worked its way out....
